A few things to know
Fleas & ticks
If your pet has fleas or is infested with ticks, we ask that they be treated before their appointment. Infested pets will be sent home. Mild ticks are removed as needed.
In heat or expecting
Pets in heat can’t be groomed — please call or text to reschedule. Maternity grooming is offered up until two weeks before the due date.
Temperament
We don’t groom aggressive pets, and aggressive pets will be sent home — but we’re happy to help you find a groomer who can accommodate your pet’s needs.
