Questions

  • Do I wait while my pet is being groomed?

    If you would like to wait in your car, there is a large park across from my house. 


    Please do not block the front of my house if you choose to wait, in case other clients are dropping off or picking up.


    For the safety of your pet, I do not allow pet parents to stay inside with their pets.

  • How long will my pet be with you?

    All times vary based on the pets needs and behavior. 

  • Can I leave my pet for an extended period of time after s/he is completed?

    All pets must be picked up within 30 minutes. A $20 late fee will apply, plus $1/min after 45 min. 


    I do not offer doggy daycare services, so long periods of time I cannot accommodate.

  • Do you groom all breeds?

    Yes!

  • What form of payments do you accept?

    Debit/Credit cards

    Cash

  • Do you kennel my dog?

    For the safety of your pet s/he will be kenneled after the grooming is complete and s/he is awaiting pick up.

  • Where do I take my dog when I arrive?

    When you come to my house, there is a door on the left side of my house that leads directly into our salon. Here, you can drop off and pick up your furry-friend, see our salon, and pay for your service directly at the front desk.

  • What if I am early or late?

    I do not open until 7:30am so if you are my first appointment of the day please wait until 7:30am.


    If you have arrived early please wait until your appt time to not interrupt prior appts.


    I allow 5 minutes for late arrivals. Please notify me if you will be arriving late. ALL late arrivals after 5 minutes will be automatically canceled and can reschedule. I do not allow exceptions to this as I do book back to back and I will not make another client wait. Late arrival reschedules will be subject to a 50% service charge and will have to wait for the next available spot.

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?

    Yes. Please allow 48 hours to cancel your pets appointment to avoid a 50% service fee charge.


    No cancel, No shows will have to pay the 50% service charge for the missed appt and a 50% service charge deposit to rebook. 

  • Will you groom my pet while she is in heat?

     No, please call/text to reschedule your appointment. 

  • Do you groom aggressive pets?

    No, but I would be happy to help you find a groomer who can accommodate your pets needs.


    Aggressive pets will be sent home. 

  • Do you treat fleas and ticks?

    If your pet has fleas or is infested with ticks I do ask they be treated before their appointment. Infested pets will be sent home. I will remove mild ticks as needed.

  • Do you groom pregnant dogs?

     Yes, I offer maternity grooming until 2 weeks before the due date.
